Coming out of LGBTQ+ Pride Month in June (literally no pun intended) and entering Disability Pride Month and Minority Mental Health Awareness Month in July, this felt like a powerful theme to help explore some of the challenges facing many individuals in the workplace, regardless of which intersection of identities we sit at.
