Erica D’Eramo

Practical leadership development informed by real operating experience

Two Piers Consulting was founded by Erica D’Eramo, PCC, EMBA, an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and former global operations leader.

Before becoming a coach and consultant, Erica spent two decades working across engineering, operations, enterprise risk, finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions within a complex multinational organization. Much of her career was spent in remote and offshore environments where leadership, communication, trust, and sound decision-making had immediate consequences.

Today, she brings that operating experience to her work with leaders ranging from emerging managers to C-suite executives. Erica is also an instructor and mentor coach, and her work is grounded in rigorous coaching practice, strong business acumen, systems thinking, and a practical understanding of how organizations actually function.

Two Piers works with leaders and organizations across corporate, nonprofit, academic, military, technical, and mission-driven settings.
