Erica D’Eramo
Practical leadership development informed by real operating experience
Two Piers Consulting was founded in 2016 by Erica D’Eramo, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Erica spent two decades working across engineering operations, enterprise risk, finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions within a complex multinational organization. Much of her career was spent in remote, offshore environments where leadership, communication, trust, and sound decision-making had immediate, high-risk, consequence.
Today, she brings that experience to every engagement, with leaders ranging from emerging managers to C-suite executives. Her rigorous coaching practice is built upon strong business acumen, systems thinking, and a working understanding of how organizations actually function.
Two Piers works with leaders and organizations in a diverse range of settings: corporate, nonprofit, academic, military, technical, and mission-driven.
Erica is also currently an instructor and mentor coach at the University of New Hampshire.
